We want adolescents to stay safe. Inlight Psychological Services and its providers are not on call at all hours. We return messages within 48 hours of receipt, excluding weekends. Teen Line is an anonymous, nonjudgmental space for youth. Through our hotline, teens can access personal peer-to-peer support from highly trained teens supervised by adult mental health professionals. Opening up to someone can be scary. Talking about what you’re dealing with is often hard and a little daunting, but at Teen Line we do everything we can to make it as easy as possible for you. Our only goal is to help you in whatever way we can. No issue is too big or too small. We are here to provide hope and support if you are struggling.
